The staff was great even before arrival. There was a transit strike the day of our arrival and I was notified by one of the staff members via message in regard to that and they offered to book us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That worked out perfectly! They were all very helpful with any questions we had and sight seeing suggestions too. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam!

Front desk smiles and stories from Rick were a highlight! Location was amazing and water and snacks in lobby were a bonus. Only took one star down because we continuously kicked the bathroom door tile ledge, positioning of bathroom and bed were not ideal. Bed wasn’t super comfy but the view and location made up for it. Thanks Hotel Nes!

Loved our in the canal view room. The room was nice and tidy. The hotel itself was nice with a convenient elevator so you don't need to lug you luggage up the stairs. There is also a nice garden courtyard even though we didn't use it. The free coffee machine in the lobby made us for the lack of kettle/kitchenette in the room. There is only staff available at the desk between 10am-3pm but as were sent mobile keycards as we checked in after hours which I found convenient. The location is excellent being in a quiet corner of the canals with easy access to trams. The neighbouring area De Pijp is very nice with market, lots of restaurants and a more local vibe. Would highly recommend.
