"A warm welcome from Luc & Hilda, we were given a large, nicely decorated modern room with very comfy bed and the shower room & toilet were to the same high standard. Very nice breakfast served by Luc and his friendly team, it was autumn when we visited so it can be cool at night in South Africa, the bed’s electric blankets made them warm and cosy, the open log fire in the breakfast room was very nice in the morning and the log burner in the lounge was equally as inviting in the evening.
We felt totally safe staying at Ballinderry Guest House, in the town of Robertson and this region of SA generally.
We would highly recommend people come and stay."
"Poor quality rooms. Bathroom doors are rotten and carpets are stained. Room 206 had a smell similar to a public hospital. The beds are soft and over used."

Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast. "A beautiful guest house with amazing views over the wheat fields and sheep. The hosts were excellent and always on hand for a chat or advice. Loved the dinner just far too much food but beautifully cooked and would definitely recommend the dinners. Breakfast was equally as good. Lovely pool area for a chill in the afternoon sun."
