"Arrived late and went straight to bed. Bed was springy, bathroom was covered in toothpaste. Shower appeared to have mold, hardware was half attached. Water pressure was almost at a drip. Windows had hand prints all over them. Hair on the floor. Spoke to the front desk and the said they would have manager contact me and he never did. "

"Plumbing sound in one room. Also torn curtain. They claim to have not heard it. Switched rooms. Clock not working in next room, disconnected. Alarm went off at 2am. Pool clean, but hot tub definitely not clear water. Went in once. Didn't clean after mentioning it. Had to keep getting room keys turned on. Sometimes worked sometimes didnt. Other than that comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, good maid service, and decent breakfasts."
