Gila Box Riparian National Conservation Area

Dear Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Team, As local residents, we recently chose your hotel for a quick 3-day, 2-night staycation. We originally booked because we were drawn to the pool, but we actually had an even better time utilizing your gym facilities! While the hotel was overall wonderful, we did encounter an issue on our first day with a burning plastic smell in our room. We requested a room change, and thanks to your team's assistance, we were moved to a new room where everything was fresh, comfortable, and relaxing for the rest of our stay.
