Breakfast selection was very limited as compared to Days Inn in Gillette where we stayed for 3 days while visiting there. They had some kind of pre cooked egg thing that you would heat and eat. Gillette had fresh scrambled eggs and really good sausage links topped with great coffee!

Staff was rude and not helpful. I asked if I could extend my stay by one night multiple times and was told no problem, then was checked out early with all of my things in my room. Rather than being apologetic and fix the error, they were wanting to place blame. I will not stay there again

Had a room next to there entrance and janitors closet, needless to say it was always being used. People in and out and very loud all throughout the night.

It was an affordable option for an overnight stay prior to visiting Devil's Tower. The place was clean, my room was in order, and a modest breakfast was provided. Nothing fancy, but it was all I needed.
Room was filthy and no lock on outside entryways anyone could just come in at all hours

Parking lot in minor disrepair. Front desk clerk was busy talking business with the hotel maintenance man both when I checked in and checked out. Had to wait while checking in. Checking out clerk was more attentive.

Dated property that could use a facelift. Rooms are clean, but dated. Our refrigerator didn't work and the hot water whistled while washing your hands. Nice staff.

This place was absolutely horrible. We checked in and we were grabbing our bags out of the truck. We walked in a side door and the lock was broken and the door was proped open allowing anyone to come in. We walked to our room and the hall way we our room was down the door locks looked like they had been kicked off or something bad had happened to them. We got in our room and our door wouldnt close/lock. None of the lights worked in the room and it was a super small area for 2 adults and a 6 month old. The front desk during check in time made it seem like i was interrupting something important and was very very snippy with me.

This is definitely an older hotel, that has not had a lot of upgrades done. But the room was clean, the heater/AC worked and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. It met our needs for the couple nights we needed a room.

The staff were very friendly. We booked two king rooms with pet friendly option. When we arrived they downgraded us to queen rooms because they weren't aware we had pets, even though the king room was pet friendly online. Very disappointing and have not received any compensation for the inconvenience.
