"Overall it's a nice Property in a good location. Be awake that check in time at this hotel is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am and this is strictly enforced by this hotel to the minute. The female reception staff were friendly enough but male staff not. I have to mention that the floor of the room was extremely super dirty my slippers were black and sticky.Looks like the floors are just vacuumed but never washed or wiped with water!! Besides that everything else was okay.Its what to be expected...

"This was a quite nice hotel in the Ginza district of Tokyo. As it seems is universal, the staff were outstanding. The location was close enough to the Tokyo Central train station to walk with our bags (you always felt safe). It is close to all the high-end shopping that Ginza is known for as well as a number of beautiful parks. It is definitely a westernized part of Tokyo, so be ready for that.
