Dormy Inn Premium Shibuya Jingumae Hot Spring
3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1001)
"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

Dormy Inn Express Asakusa Hot Spring
3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (985)

We get to relax and recover our overly exhausted feet from all the walking around in Tokyo. The location is good enough, walkable to many different metro operators. The only thing I don't like is the facility/building itself is quite outdated. Clean and tidy, but outdated. Which I know it could be a deal breaker for some. And the outdatedness is...

APA Hotel Shinjuku Gyoemmae
3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (1009)
"Good hotel at a great location and very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Room had all the essentials if more than one person, I’d recommend getting the larger room (the smaller one is very small and it was difficult to get in two suitcases comfortably). We were not able to use the hot tub/baths due to their tattoos policy "
