"It was in the historic area of the grotto area. The place was really unique it was like staying in a cave with 5 star service. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel seems to cater for large tour groups on buses so breakfast tended to be very busy. The other guests were largely 60+ age group so not a family focused hotel. Location was a short drive to the town for dinner. Hotel seems well Maintained even if the rooms are a little dated it appears to be well looked after. "

"Bien situé dans le vieux quartier. Accès un peu difficile en taxi car on débarque à la frontière du vieux et on doit marcher jusqu’au Palazzo avec les valises. Pas évident à trouver mais ça vaut la peine. Excellent buffet-déjeuner. Excellent service à notre arrivée le 20 mai (personne souriante et aimable)."
