Beautiful property consisting of a newly built apartment, located away from city chaos and 8 km from the sea of Otranto and Porto Badisco, as well as a few kilometers from the sea of Gallipoli. The property is conveniently situated 10 km from Castro and Santa Cesarea and only 2 km from the botanical garden. The apartment offers all comforts, including air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board, safe, TV, and ample parking. Furthermore, you are close to the largest botanical garden in Europe and just a few kilometers from the international go-kart track. Casa Vacanza Aurora is an apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a large garden with a pool, outdoor shower, and large barbecue, ideal for pleasant summer evenings. Only small pets are allowed.
