We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. They held our luggage for us but then when we left to get lunch to pass time so we could come back and check in, they forgot they had our luggage and were trying to show us straight to our room.
The balcony, at least on the first floor, I wish we had not paid for, as it was not private and went straight to the pool area. Bathroom and room were just okay, nothing special. I would recommend maybe trying another accommodation to stay in.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool was a big plus, especially for our children. Breakfast had many options. Parking was easy and secure.

"Room 103 had a view of mount etna and we watched it from the balcony during an eruption. What an experience! The pool area was clean, breakfast was cooked to order, wifi good and parking plentiful. Great hotel and secure parking.
"I stayed here to be nearer the airport for my flight the next day. I was really surprised how good this hotel was for the money and people very friendly. Secure gated car park (probably the best I've had on my trip), nice and clean and great breakfast. Nothing else to say really. It's good."
