The staffing was excellent, rooms clean and in very good condition. The lack of evening cooking on some evenings was unfortunate when the rain fell and shopping facilities were limited close at hand. Otherwise the hotel was on very good.
I would point out that compared with Rome Belfast has an excellent purveyor of Havana and other cigars in Miss Moran's off High Street. It puts all the tobacconists I visited to shame, even the one recommended by an Italian gentleman.

The hotel itself was adequate and the staff were very attentive. One thing which surprised me greatly was the daily charge for the in room coffee, sugar and creamer. $8 per day for 2 coffee pods!!
Also there was a sign in the bathroom indicating there would be a $25 charge if the toiletry dispensers were moved. Really, MGM??
