"Lovely front desk staff. Room was nice and large by EU standards. The only issue was the AC/heat did not work. Contacted the front desk right away (to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong- climate control is different in hotels/countries). Someone even came to my room to check. I was told everything ..."
