"When we checked into our room, the bathroom was moldy and had black mold on the ceiling and in the tile as well as throughout the room. The room had a damp andmoist smell. We decided to check out early the next morning after breakfast and found boiled sausage links and a small bowl of scrambled eggs was all that was left by 8:30 AM. The room had trash underneath the table when we arrived, and the floors were dirty. Just overall not what I expected from such a high end hotel. The 9/10 reviews could not be more far off, unfortunately."

"The room was underwhelming considering the price. It was clean and the check in staff was friendly. The lobby is lovely but the rooms was very similar to the low cost motel at the highway. I expected something a bit nicer for the money."

"Loved my stay at the Firefly Inn. property and scenery was a huge bonus. We were in the area for hiking and it was the perfect spot to relax at after a long day of trail stomping. I loved that there were automatic night lights on the property. I don't like complete darkness.Also loved that there was a single cup coffee maker and a mini pot coffee maker. Definitely would choose to stay here next time I am in the area for hiking."

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, typical for these types of hotels. Our room had a bad musty smell. I thought it would go away with the AC on, but it did not. The bathroom shower was run down and the room really needed updating overall."
