"This place was amazing. I also gave us a huge upgrade, the cottage we had was very large, very beautiful. The grounds were phenomenal. The bathrooms were phenomenal and the kitchen, and the AC. Everything was absolutely stellar, and a very large kitchen that we did use. I would stay here again in a second if I am in this area again."

"Cozy cottage. Cross the street and you are on the beach. Has a great restaurant on the corner that I was able to get Elk Steaks from. Has coffee shop within walking distance. The cottage was such a cozy quiet place and you can hear the waves from the patio. In case you didnt know, Kauai is the Island of the Roosters. So be prepared to hear them around 430am if you are a light sleeper. The windows are double pane so that helps a bit. Air conditioner unit in every room so that is nice also."

"A great place for our family vacation. When we weren't using the provided beach materials to visit local beaches, we were all sitting in the barbecue area and hanging in and around the pool enjoying the sun, the weather and the views. We also loved the separation of the kitchen/living/congregating areas from the bedrooms, which gave everyone who wanted it a chance for some quiet time away from all the group activities.We highly recommend the home as well as the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff.A"

"We enjoyed a very relaxing time at this property. We liked that the balcony faced East as we typically did activities in the morning, and then sat on the balcony and watched the ocean in the afternoons in the shade. It was nice that the road to the West isn't busy making for a nice place to run or walk to the Spouting horn. Lots of restaurants close by, and even though we are vegetarian found some great options including Leahi Health, veggie bowls at Da Crack mexican, and many others. The condo has everything you need, and was very comfortable. We slept great."

"Absolutely beautiful home. We had 3 couples in our family and 3 small children. Each couple in a corner of the house with en suite bathrooms. Children had their own bedroom in the fourth corner. Great organization for us. Beautiful warm pool. We rented a vacation pool fence so that children could be in backyard without worry of anyone falling in pool. Every question we had was rapidly answered by hosts. Would love to come again!"

"The VRBO was a dream property for our entire family of 18. So much space. Everyone had a bed and everyone had seating when we cooked meals on site. The view on Hole 2 of the golf course was stunning and we could see the ocean. We loved the giant (15') island in the kitchen. We had an abundance of plates, cups, wine glasses and silverware to use. Pots, pans, storage containers, metal straws, spices, olive oil, two refrigerators along with foil and saran wrap made it feel just like home. Several types of coffee pots, and also a vacuum to clean rental cars of sand before returning them. The outdoor kitchen had all we needed. Our ten grandchildren (ages 6-17), enjoyed playing cornhole and using the putting green. They also LOVED the many boogie boards available in the "beach garage". We had beach chairs, 21 beach towels, umbrellas and sand toys. Everyone had a seat on the couch or chairs when we had movie night. We loved being able to open the glass walls and let the Kauai breeze blow in. Nana & Papa enjoyed the upstairs Master because we could relax on the balcony and get an even better view of the ocean. It was a quick drive to Spouting Horn or Poipu Beach (where the turtles and monk seals were on the beach). Also a short 10 minute walk, to the shops that were close by, via the walking path. Enjoyed our morning walks around the area. Finally, Sarah was the ultimate host. Always available and ready to answer any questions we had. We would love to come back!"
