"Loved this property. Our villas were clean, well maintained and staff was friendly. The linens and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with enough kitchen ware you could prepare meals. The store on site has a variety of basic staples and they made the best lattes with oak milk. My grandchildren loved the pools and the slides….i can see why Kōloa Landing has won awards for its pools. There’s shopping available not far from Kōloa Landing with a nice variety of restaurants. Poipu Beach is close by and is super beach for families. Our family had a wonderful stay at Kōloa Landing. "

"An amazing home and property. Everything was well appointed and accommodated our group of 17 very well. Beds were very comfortable and the linens were of excellent quality. The pool was enjoyed by all and the large outdoor dining table made for memorable dinners. The location was accessible to many great activities including local beaches and boat tours. "Our family of 10 (ages 3 years to 75 years) truly enjoyed our stay at Pali Nui. The common areas were fantastic, and everyone had a private respite to retreat to when desired. The outdoor amenities were constantly being enjoyed. Outside of construction vehicles passing by, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and private. Its location is close enough to Koloa, Poipu and Kukui'ula to afford quick, convenient access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. A definite winner!"

"My husband and I brought our three daughters, their partners, and five grandchildren (ages 17 months to 11 years) for a paradise vacation. Having never been to Kauai, it was a little challenging to find the perfect home.This dreamy home was EXACTLY what we needed, with four primary bedrooms with en suites, as well as a room for all the kids. We all had plenty of space. It was equipped with more than everything we needed! First aid kit, Tommy Bahama beach chairs (5), a pull beach wagon, lots of pool toys, a full kitchen with all necessities including a very cool ice making machine!We were very happy when we found the private and beautifully landscaped paths to the shops as well as the beach. These were very easy walks of less than .5 mile.Our communication with the property manager, Lauren, was wonderful. She was kind, responded quickly to our texts, and promptly accommodated all of our requests. The high chair and Graco pack and play were perfect for my 17 month old grandson (they stayed in the upstairs primary, which was perfect for them and quiet for the baby during nap time, even with all the other kids making noise).My husband and I really enjoyed the separate Ohana room, that had its own private entrance right in front of the main home. To be honest, I was very nervous about spending so much on a VRBO; however, IT WAS SO WORTH IT! We would definitely do it again, and the home was even more beautiful than we expected or than depicted in photos. "
