One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

Im zusätzlich aus zu füllenden Mietvertrag war gar kein Frühstück mehr inbegriffen und hätte zusätzlich (á 10 €) gebucht werden müssen. Morgens hätte die Rezeption von 7 - 12 Uhr besetzt sein sollen, ca. 8.30 Uhr herrschte völlige Dunkelheit - niemand an der Rezeption oder...
