"Nice little hotel but they didn’t provide basic stuff. No hair conditioner, no body lotion. Second day they gave us shampoo… other than that it was okay. The room was really tiny. Hard to have space for our luggage. "

"This place is beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable and in pristine condition. I slept perfectly. They also offer local wines, or beer and soft drinks, for easy purchase from the bar area. The owner is delightful and will handle any local activities including wine tasting, if of interest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"The room itself was tiny, nicely furnished and extreme warm. No aircon / fan/ heater there. Bathroom was clean.
If u don't need a kitchen or fridge it's not recommendable for the price.
It was offered online with a whirpool wich wasn't available. No compensation for that. The water option was the main reason why we booked the place.
There was one other guest who snored through the whole house.
No idea how noisy it is with all rooms occupied.
For us it was a pricy hothouse

"Superb stay in extremely comfortable B&B. Exceptional welcome and local advice with directions. Perfect for overnight stop en route N or S ,a pity really to write that, as out of winter it would be great with family, as they have a large garden , garden room with self cooking facilities. Also top class restaurants in pretty villages, a short drive away( but not walk).

"The owners are friendly and helpful. Bus stop is close by to get into Lyon. The room is small but has everything you need for a business or an extended stay. Washing machine, fridge and stove top. There are some dining options nearby but if you want to experience French cuisine then go to downtown Lyon. Overall, a great place!"

"We stayed for one night and wished we’d stayed longer! The room is very spacious and beautifully furnished and the hosts are so kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool views and nice breakfast. We will come again! "

"Armand (owner) was very helpful, even though I was only there for a very short time. He allowed me a flexible check in and was very friendly. He brought breakfast to my room in the morning. I didn't really explore the area but I know Lyon fairly well. It was a 20 minute walk to Part-Dieu Station but of course you could get a direct bus or tram easily. A taxi cost me £13 from Part Dieu to the property. It is exactly as described."

"We had a room without natural light, and while comfortable and quiet, it was a weird experience. Alarm clock was the only way to wake up. Breakfast was fresh and typical items. Terrace is very nice and location is excellent, walking distance to almost anywhere. Plenty of dining options and metro 2 blocks away."
"Absolutely loved my stay at Bikube in Lyon and would definitely return.
The unit was incredibly well designed and self-sufficient, with a full private bathroom, kitchenette with an under-counter fridge and freezer, stovetop, wardrobe, and even a cute booth-style dining area. The bed space was set on a slightly raised carpeted platform, which added warmth and character to the room. I do not usually like carpet in hotels, but this was clearly very clean and well maintained.
What really stood out, however, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and informative. I especially appreciated that they advised me the following day was a public holiday, meaning many businesses would be closed, and suggested I get anything I needed from the nearby supermarket in advance. They also let me know the on-site restaurant and Uber Eats would still be available, which was very thoughtful.
There is also a guest laundry area with detergent and supplies provided, which was a great convenience while travelling.
The breakfast, complimentary through my Expedia status, was fresh, delicious, and exactly what was needed after a night out 😄
Overall, a comfortable, stylish, and very well-managed property. Highly recommended."
"I booked this hotel specifically for location, comfort and air conditioning. When I arrived it was warm/hot. When I noticed the air conditioning didn’t work I went to reception I see what I was doing wrong. It turned out that the air conditioning doesn’t work until mid May. I was there the first week in May. The location was great if you are taking the train. The rooms were clean. The amenities such as soap and shampoo were minimal. "
"Hôtel de Congrès is in a slightly interesting area - some good transport connections but it's not the easiest hotel to get to. It's in the middle of a housing estate which you have to climb stairs up to (and then work out which way to go to get to the actual entrance of the hotel).
The staff are very helpful although early check-in for us didn't happen: we were able to use a loo in the hotel and leave our suitcases before heading back out for the afternoon. Reception is open all night.
Breakfast is from 6:30 every day - this was good as we checked out early but were able to eat before we left. Really nice food and a good selection of it including viennoiseries, cereal, bread, fresh fruit and yogurts, crepes and a really nice range of juices and water."
