1. Reservation and Acceptance
For Airbnb guests, booking the property constitutes agreement to this Rental Agreement and House Rules. For direct bookings, this agreement must be signed electronically or manually before check-in. Failure to accept terms will result in cancellation.


2. Payment & Cancellations
Full payment is due at the time of booking.

We had an amazing stay at the Crimson Cocoa Chalet! The property was recently renovated and well maintained! Lots of attention to details in decor and furnishings. Daniella was super responsiveness both before and during our stay. She even brought us a highchair for our infant.
