"Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. "

"When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella! Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session where my wife filled a bucket list dream of playing in a session in Ireland!"

"We booked three nights here and had a great stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean - there are eco options on room cleaning which we liked. The spa was a treat for a great massage (Karen was my masseuse.) My sister came up ill on our last stay and reception desk was able to extend our stay a fourth night even while booked up.
