She was so generous with her time, showing us around and sharing her knowledge of the animals and the land. It made our stay feel truly special and authentic. "I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse! It was great. Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults."

"Hotel easy to find but a convoluted exit arrangement due to one way road. However the place was very clean and tidy. Easy parking , friendly staff and very quiet even though it was on a main road. Will stay there again if in Ballarat. "
