"Staff seemed annoyed when asking questions. There was no coffee and the fruit was the fruit cups you eat as a kid. Location was the highlight because it’s near Hollywood sign. Griffith park, Warner brothers and Disney. They said we had a view but it was a wall and I did request a lower level so my fault. Room was clean and ac was cold."

"I frequently fly into Burbank for board meetings and always stay at the Hotel Burbank because 95% of the time, rooms have been clean, quiet, the bed is comfortable, I truly appreciate the mini fridge and microwave, and the whole ambiance of the room feels relaxing and comfortable at the end of a very busy day."

"This is an older property, but that's OK, as it seemed to be very clean. The staff was very friendly, but we ran into several disappointments. Check-in time is shown as 3 p.m., we arrived at 3:30 pm and had to wait an additional 30-40 min. for our room to be ready. Two days before our arrival, we received an email that parking was $25/night but there is a shuttle available to/from BUR as well as local attractions, so we decided we would just use the shuttle. It turns out that the shuttle has to be booked 2-weeks in advance (for every trip needed) otherwise it's not available. Maid service was indicated to be every two days. We were there Monday-Thursday. On return to our room Weds pm, the room had not been serviced so we asked when our room was to be serviced. The initial response was that housekeeping would be there shortly, then a little while later we were informed there would be no housekeeping as they were short-staffed. The light in our closet went out on our second day, and we were informed maintenance would take care of it right away. Maintenance never showed up."

"Restaurant is under construction. Noise & dust everywhere. Supervisor, Sam, was rude to us when asking for assistance with drink machine that was not working properly. Told us that it might be fixed tomorrow. Told him we were leaving tomorrow, said "Have a good day." RUDE Housekeeping came at 4 pm. once we returned to our room to get ready for the evening. Our room never got cleaned. The only positive thing is that the ladies that work at the front desk were super nice!"

"Front staff member was not helpful in the least bit when the battery pack died on our room, so we could not get into our room. This event lasted about an hour before a maintenance worker was able to help us out. Long story short lots of work is needed at the front desk in management, decision making, and customer service. I wasn’t disappointed in the unforeseen problem of the battery dying in the room key reader, it was the lack of responsiveness that I was deeply dissatisfied with."

"Clean, updated rooms, quick easy check in. Coffee and juice available during office hours. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Easy walk to 7-11. Plenty of parking - we always got a spot right by our room. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Anything near to LA can be sketchy but this was pretty good. This was our second time staying here and would stay again."
