The hotel location was great because we were closed to a lot of restaurants and malls. The infrastructure was not so great it needed to be more updated.

The staff were great, very friendly and always smiling every time we walked by. The music in the lobby was especially fabulous, it was my kind of music, thank you the owner for that!! Beds were comfortable. Room was clean, love the Frigidaire refrigerator-it gave us that classic old school feel to the room. It kinda goes with the hotel theme really. However, we would have love it more here if there was an iron, better hair dryer and perhaps a microwave.

Dated, that stuffy hotel smell, single pane windows so hear everything going on outside. Thin walls, probably not insulated so again, hear everything going on with neighboring units. But the room was large, the TV worked, lights worked and the restroom was large too.

The room smelled great when we first walked in and I could immediately see it was clean. I loved the room and our stay at this hotel. It was easy access to all the attractions we wanted to go to. Only 25 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood with no traffic. The room is a little outdated but perfect for your stay.

We have stayed here several times for days at a time. The check guys at the front desk have no business in the hotel world. They talk to you like ok whatever. He one guy should really think about how people like us have not gone out with our families for money or covid reasons. I was about to complain cause it was the same guy doing my check out. But his supervisor lady was there and so nice asked us how it was as I was turning in hotel key. Totally forgot to complain.
