Worst service ever! I won't go back to this hotel! The lady gave me a room where there were guests already! Then charged me double.

The owner CALLED me after a complaint of my lasr trip and told me he waa giving me late chwckin and late checkout but didnr inform the staff.. But i was placed in a much quieter room thsn the last 2 stays..

It's a small place so fairly quiet. Set off the road so you really don't hear traffic. Price of room was fair. Didn't like that it wasn't as clean as it should be.

This motel is a good, cheap, clean place to spend the night - old 2 story motel with TV, WIFI, Refrigerator in-room. Desk service was slow, and there's no actual breakfast (cereal and coffee), but overall a pleasant experience for the price. I'll stay here again when visiting family in the future.

The internet did not work The room was ok clean but had an odor Pop machine did not work You could hear phones ringing near the room There was a peice of toilet tissue stuck in the peep hole The staff was really nice and accommodating however And the parking was great So so

This hotel give very minimum. The beds was undone the sheets loose no fitting sheets. One towel and wash clothe . They said offer breakfast nothing was serve . I ask them attendant make a pot of coffee. But I need 5 hours rest . No recommend to any one .

The beds are very uncomfortable. The towels feel like sandpaper. The rooms are very old and dated, and it was not very clean. The comforter had holes in it.

Making the best of a bad situation

we went to the Inn to get out of hurricane Irma's way from Orlando. Nick made sure we had everything we needed. When the power went out in the Inn we had a cookout for all his guests. He did his best to make sure his guests were cared for.

Terrible cleaning crew

The room was OK, looks renovated within last year or so. Tshe bedspread which you were supposed to use as a blanket was filthy-unsanitary Took if off and asked that it be replaced or cleaned. Never showed up again. Second day we had to ask to have the garbage cans emptied and replacement of dirty towels , replacement coffee packs etc. Basically the cleaning crew does not have a daily schedule to follow or it is not required by management. I would not consider staying here again.

Bad choice for me.

Sorry but not satisfied with the place. Room had broken fictures hanging on the wall by one screw, tube so stained I showered with flip flops on. MAid service took my towels but never brought clean ones back. Manager waiting at my room door making sure that I emptied the room exactly at check . when I asked when is check out she said NOW. SO I moved my things to a friends room couse I had missed placed my car keys and she followed me to the room and asked me if I was moving to that room she haf to charge me for the day.....made me very uncomfortable. If they are so worried about the money they should update the place and treat customers nicer.

Pictures online are'nt what you get

When we arrived at 930 pm and checked into room it was not pleasant to walk into bathroom and see it filthy including someone elses urine still in toilet!(I took pictures) Walls had vomit or something above and on head boards ,phones are so dirty we would'nt have touched them. Mattresses are literally falling apart and sheets are all cigarette burns .Fridge barely worked to keep food cool and we turned it to high . I went shopping to buy cleaning supplies to clean bathroom nice start to a vacation ...not then the first day there they entered our room to spray for roaches and yes we did see one i know they are common in the south but i think if room was clean it wouldnt be a issue! i do'nt see us using this Inn again in future :(

When we arrived the clerk took his time to serve us .there were no toilet paper .the toilet handle broke.a light was missing .i could not get out the door.it got stuck .the next morning i went to check out .i waited for 10 minutes for the clerk .to show up .i will not stay there again .70 dollars was waist .

Better than expected

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and room furnishings in this "low end" property. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was larger than expected and the overall experience was positive. I recommend this property for a short-term stay in the local area.

The stay was pleasant. I'd say overly priced for the room but understandable due to it's location. Coffee makers in the rooms were very unclean. There was one towel and wash cloth per person per day made available. The continental breakfast is comprised of cereal and Little Debbie snack cakes. All in all, it's what is to be expected for the only place to stay in a small town. I will stay here again.

My Weekend Stay 204

My stay at the Glennville Inn was a very pleasant one. The room was very clean, I had fresh towels and soap. The have fresh coffee in the lobby and light breakfast choices. The management is very friendly and cares about the customers. The motel is conveniently located to where I needed to be in order to visit my Fiancé. I look forward to my upcoming stays here.

Stay was fine but Hotels.com over charged. I found out that if I used google or directly going to the hotel, the fee would have been $20 less than I paid

I stayed here last year and was not impressed, but this is pretty much the only clean reliable hotel in Glennville so I stayed there again this year. I was pleasantly surprised that they had repainted the exterior of the hotel and some of the rooms. Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast is pretty much non-existent but the wifi works. They did tell me when I was checking out that the hotels.com rate is much higher than what they would charge if you called them directly.

Travel For Work

Overall the hotel was clean and the people were friendly, but it was the only hotel in the area and the AC was not working in my room. It was a pretty hot night.
