"We stayed at Park Point years ago, and while everything about the hotel was great, we had little kids at the time and the longer walk to Canal Park was harder. Since then, we have tried to stay in Canal Park if possible, but with the hotels there getting more and more crazy expensive and our kids now being older, we decided to give it another shot. The walk across the lift bridge was fine and well worth the significant cost savings. The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, service was friendly. They have everything Canal Park hotels have but at a much lower price. They also have a shuttle that runs if you don't want to walk and they have complimentary bike rentals which we took advantage of for an afternoon. We will be back!"

10/10 Excellent
"This was our second trip to the Pumphouse and we’re glad we stayed longer this time! Wonderfully relaxing trip with everything we needed. The upkeep, maintenance and refreshing is top notch and appreciated. Lots of care was taken in delivering a first class guest experience. Looking forward to returning!"
"It was the most beautiful stay! We had the penthouse 1 bedroom. It had the most beautiful balcony overlooking the lake and a jacuzzi room with a beautiful view! Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at in Duluth! "
"We love the location and atmosphere of the Radisson and have lots of great family memories there. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful and had the best view of the harbor ever.
Our only disappointment was the 360 restaurant. The menu was limited, the service was slow and the food seemed like it was prepared elsewhere, frozen, and heated up for our dinner."
