"My stay at the Hilton Rockville DC was very disappointing. • The bedsheets were dirty when I arrived • The hotel system was down, which delayed check-in and basic service • Customer service felt unhelpful and slow to respond • Amenities were limited compared to what I expected I expected a much better experience from a hotel at this level. Cleanliness and service should be the basics, not the exception. I hope management reviews these issues and improves the guest experience for future visitors. "

"i have to assume this location has been acquired by Wyndham recently and is in the process of renovating. It needs it very badly, the rooms were clean and ok but the bathroom had mold and the vents were rusted so they need to take care of it. I didn't review the ratings prior to arriving and i wish i had or i may have booked somewhere else. Overall not the worst place to stay by far but you get what you pay for. "

"Clean house 7 minute walk to the metro, for a 25 minute metro ride into DC. The host responds quickly to questions and is helpful. Not all of the burners on the stove work, but we were still able to cook what we needed. Could not turn the propane tank off on the gas grill, it is stuck on. Decent and quiet neighborhood, the house next door has a dumpy yard/car parked in front with plastic covering a window, but we did feel safe inside and walking around. There is a deck in the back yard great to eat outdoors or just relax at. Unsure which cans are for trash and which are for recycle, if it’s marked I did not see it. "

"Very dirty, door handle on shower wasn’t properly placed on and kept falling off when we gently opened it. Smelled like cigarettes everywhere even though most of it is nonsmoking. A lady out front stopped me saying “sir you don’t wanna keep your baby here, there’s rats” man at front checked us in with no questions so my wrong card got charged. When I checked out the next morning the front desk lady was on her phone talking to someone that wasn’t working sounded like a friend and just stared at me waiting for me to say something is was of holding her call. WILL NOT stay here again."
