The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

The location was great and the hotel is very cute and cosy. I was just surprised that there was no mini bar in the room. It’s unusual for a 4star hotel to not have one. Most staff are helpful and friendly but one of the staff at reception had a bit of an attitude. She was the oldest member at reception. During checkout, she made a comment to another staff and kept making faces and laughing which I find really immature and unprofessional. I also recommend less air freshener in the hotel as even the cups I made tea in, smelled strongly like air freshener.
