"The hotel is very well located and the property is nice, clean and modern. The staff is really attentive and they provide genuinely good service. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast has plenty of options, however my stay was heavily affected by maintenance issues and poor execution.
1 week before my arrival I was informed that the pool would be under programmed maintenance but that it would reopen by the day of my arrival, however it remained closed during that entire day, and when it finally opened the water was freezing cold due to heater problems. Unfortunately, this issue continued throughout the stay. On a 7 days stay, we were able to enjoy the pool only 1 day.
The biggest disappointment was loud construction and nonstop drilling above our room at 8pm, which eventually forced us to change rooms late in the evening after a long day, having to pack everything, etc
To their credit, management refunded one night and the staff made an effort afterward, but overall the hotel did not feel fully prepared to operate at the level expected for the price and experience promised."
