The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. Mountain View’s from the room were amazing. The facilities in the spa were some of the best we’ve used in any hotel. Great food selection at breakfast. Staff were ultra accommodating and very helpful. Location is absolutely brilliant, right in the centre of Grindelwald.
