Great customer service at front desk allowing early check in.

Customer service was amazing. The only recommendation I would have is to change the mattress, they were not the best.

The king-sized room with adjoining living/working area is well-thought-out. I had expected the sofa bed to be more like a pull-out bed. But the extra room was good for video meetings. The staff was helpful at finding a power strip. But I suggest, for wiring fire safety, that the hotel switches to power strips in-room. The heat makes a fun hissing sound around 4am. It really works for the haunted touristy vibes. The hotel location was very convenient for inner harbor.

Pros: Cheap, free shuttle to the airport, and food within walking distance. And it is cheap. Cons: Staff could care less. Very unfriendly. One working elevator that takes forever. Judging by the revjews from months ago 1 of 3 working is the norm. Think you will take the stairs? Good luck, it is like a labyrinth around the first floor because then there are two levels of parking garage and then the lobby, or maybe even another level before the lobby. Thankfully there was not a fire. The rooms are very poor cosmetically. Small, with broken and chipped furniture. Also, Google Maps gives you directions to an awkward turn in with a one way drop off, the wrong way from how you pulled in. They are ok directions for the parking garage but not for a drop off. Go just a bit past that entrance, there is another entrance that will have you going the correct way on the one way. I would not say do not stay here, but I probably will not stay here again. I will try another hotel.

There was a convenience store right on the corner where we could shop, plus the metro nearby and most monuments relatively close. Everything was very clean. The only thing not worth paying for is the breakfast—they charge $22 when it really shouldn’t cost more than $10, and it’s not very good. Other than that, I give everything else a 5 out of 5.
