Generally the apartment and building were both clean and modern. The bathroom shows significant signs of wear on taps, shower and wooden areas. The bed (mattress) was very comfortable, they really should keep extra pillows and blankets in the apartment, there’s plenty of storage space for them. There’s significant construction next to the building, our balcony overlooked the site which woke us up at 05:40 every morning when workers and machinery start arriving. The old town is only a five minute walk and there’s a tram stop pretty much at the end of the street. Lots of restaurants, cafes etc within walking distance.

The room was lovely and clean, the staff members were charming, helpful and friendly and the hotel was lovely. The location was walking distance to many of the sights.

Room was spotless ,staff are lovely and if you need anything they are there stright away , breakfast was delicious

We booked the Superior Apartment which has a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Clean large bathroom. Plenty of closet spaces. We loved it. Highly recommend. Short walk to Old Town, Wawel Castle and other attractions.

Second stay here and will definitely return. The breakfast is exceptional and everything about the rooms and location is perfect.
