We got there and there were only 4 beds instead of 5. I reached out to the host who said she could get housekeeping there tomorrow. I said that wasn’t acceptable as there were five people sleeping there. She left it till very late at night when all the children were sleeping to see if she could bring some bedding then which I refused. I ended up spending my first night on the sofa with no bedding. Other than that, The location is great, the Wi-Fi is good and it was very clean.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. It was built in the 14th century, most likely as someone's home. It is a boutique "hotel". The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.

Our apartment was very comfortable and spacious, although it looked more beautiful on the photos. The beds were great and the shower had an excellent pressure but due to the lack of proper sealing, the water run out of the bathtub. There were great ammenities in the apartment, including a dishwasher, a washing machine and clothes line. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the beautiful old town but it was noisy at night for being close to bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

This hotel is in the perfect central location to the main square in the old town. Everything you need is within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was lovely and big with everything you require (and more) and is cleaned daily. There is a complimentary mini bar for the soft drinks and snacks. The bathroom is amazing with a huge shower and heated toilet. The turndown service left a sweet on your pillow which was a nice touch. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff, from the moment you arrive at receiption you are made to feel welcome and they couldn't do enough for you. Everytime you passed any member of staff they always said hello. I want to give a special mention to Julia who checked us in and out and give an extra special mention to the concierge (man with the glasses, sorry didn't get your name), who went above and beyond making sure we were settled into our room ok and answered any questions we had. On the day we left he made sure we had a bottle of water for our journey back to the airport. Both of these members of staff are a credit to your team. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time in Krakow.
