This property felt like the owners took special care of this place. I had dinner in the restaurant one evening, it was delicious. I liked a few of the front desk employees,I appreciated their personalities. I had a date change with my reservation and they were accommodating. I would stay here again. Solid hotel. Chopin piano concerts on premise!

I'm baffled by the glowing reviews of this place. The carpet was disgusting, the bed was saggy, and the shower didn't have hot water.

Room was impeccable, sauna and a provided Tuesday body scrub were amazing! Points take away for non-textile sauna- not everyone is comfortable naked in public.
Amazing choice of tea and coffee in the lobby, restaurant seems very nice. Amenities in the hotel are great and points for pads and tampons in the boxes provided- huge plus!

The elevator does not work, so I had to schlepp 40 pounds of luggage up six flights of stairs. The check-in is a little bizarre: you get an e-mail telling you your room number and a code for a lock box. Because I was travelling all day, I did not see the e-mail, so when I checked in the building ...

Deluxe house is just a simple modular house well-equipped with nice view on forest and small lake. Ideal option for couple or two children's family during off season (no idea yet how it looks like during summer).
