Fantastic hotel in brilliant location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit different but wonderful and servers were always offering more. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and would highly recommend although there are many nice restaurants nearby. Loved everything about hotel Balthazar and would definitely book again next time in Krakow.

Overall service, breakfast room was excellent. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant (evening), it was excellent.
If get a chance to use the gym, it is small and be warned the floor is shiny so if use the mats in the gym be it makes the floor very slippery when doing certain exercises or spill any water.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was a well appointed buffet which had everything you could imagine. My only complaint would be the charge for use of the parking garage, $340 is unreasonable that’s NYC prices or higher.
