Fully equipped with 2 separate bedrooms (up to 5 people), bathroom, washing machine, extra toilet, new from 2023: 2. toilet on the upper floor, a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired with an oven and Ceran® ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave Nespresso & coffee machine and a cozy seating area, 40 inch TV, PS3 and games, books, board games, DVDs and free W-LAN. With terrace, idyllic garden and grill. Parking next to the apartment is available. Direct journey by train is not a problem. City Tram stop Seebahnhof is only a few minutes' walk away. Dogs are welcome.
