"Im Großen und Ganzen ein hübsches kleines Hotel. Die Rezeption war während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht besetzt. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Allerdings wurden die Käse und Wurstwaren aus dem Discounter angeboten. Die Eier Güteklasse 2 (das geht gar nicht bei einem Hotel in der Preisklasse). "The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."

"Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all. "
