"Wir lieben diese Finca und waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und werden sicher wieder kommen. Das Haus und der Pool ist insgesamt eine sehr tolle Anlage wird ausgezeichnet gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin Paula ist immer erreichbar und macht einen tollen Service. Für einen entspannten Urlaub kann ich das Haus wirklich empfehlen. Vielen Dank."

"Loved the location , pool was lovely , other than breakfast we did not eat at hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Would have liked facility to make a coffee in room and other than qr code for information on facilities. We had room with terrace which was lovely friends in room with balcony said balcony bit snug. Overall was lovely and relaxing would reccommend and will stay again."

"The villa was beautiful and so well equipped with kitchen utensils, really clean and the location was great. The highlight for us was the games room and kept our teenagers entertained. The only small thing was some of the lighting wasn’t great, some lights not working and ideally need more outside lighting but apart from that a wonderful holiday thankYou x"

"We hebben enorm genoten van deze prachtige villa. Alles was aanwezig en overal was aan gedacht. Het magnesium zwembad was echt geweldig. De tuin was voorzien van alles. Van de buiten wc tot aan de buiten douche en buiten keuken waren echt top. De locatie is top. De gastvrouw was geweldig en enorm behulpzaam en erg toegankelijk. We hebben een vakantie gehad om nooit te vergeten! Wij komen zeker weer eens terug!"
Secluded Villa with heated private pool and far-reaching sea views

"Rustieke woning met een geweldige en goed onderhouden zwembad omringd door pijnbomen. Voor wie van rust houdt en geniet van de natuur is dit een ideale plek. Je hoort de vogels, de krekels, de wind,.. en er zijn geen naaste buren. Nick is een goede gastheer en stuurt je tijdig de juiste informatie over het huis en de ligging. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien: koelkast met vriezer, vaatwasser, wasmachine, oven, waterkoker, broodrooster. Op het terras heb je genoeg zit en ligplekken rondom het zwembad. En een goede internetverbinding.Vanuit het huis zie je Moraira en Calpe liggen en zoals op de foto’s ook de zee.Je kan naar het dorpje Poble Nou de Benitatxell in 15 minuten wandelen als je niet elke dag met de auto op pad wilt. Casa Udi is zeker een aanrader!"

"Apartment was in attractive grounds with lovely trees and plants, all well maintained although as there were no sun-beds by the pools we didn't really take advantage of this space. Parking was convenient right outside. The property contact Paula was very easy to get hold of, friendly and met us at the door. We felt the Property was good value for money but a car really is needed to get to beaches and also town at night. If we came to the area again we would probably spend a bit more and stay near Portet beach for ease. We slept well and the aircon worked brilliantly. The apartment was well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas which are essential for the beaches as no loungers available to rent. One more of each would be useful given the property sleeps 4 people. We liked that there was coffee, tea , olive oil, ice packs etc but did feel the property could do with a bit of a declutter as wardrobes, cupboards and drawers were all very full. Thanks for a nice stay."

"Great location, downhill walk into Moraira, only 5 mins in the car. Very quiet, wide and safe road to park the car, only a few small steps into the apartment. Very well equipped and clean kitchen, the rest of the apartment is good. The pool area is great, really clean and in a beau tofu setting. The welcome from Paula was great, we were delayed as we had car problems, Paula was totally unflustered by our delay even though she had other clients to check in, she was at the apartment to show us around, very friendly and efficient and whilst we didn’t need further help during our stay we were confident it would have been provided if/as required"
