"I had a morning flight so the hotel was the perfect place to stay right by the departures area at Gatwick airport. The complimentary bottled water and hot drinks were a nice touch. "

"Really liked the Sofitel. Very comfortable bed made it feel like you were floating thanks to the mattress topper. Nice environment and so convenient for the North terminal. Tried the Asian restaurant which was good with friendly staff. "

"We only stayed for one night before an early flight from Gatwick. However, we were able to make use of the pool, and the early breakfast was great. The reception staff were excellent as well."

"What a great spot. Short drive from the airport and right in the river with an amazing walkway. Adults only so quit a few business meetings happening in the eclectic lobby, lots of seating from regular tables to sofas and chairs. Very clean and felt safe. I booked this while I was coming from the US not knowing what to expect and it was perfect. They are doing some remodeling so I assume it will be even better. Front desk was exceptional as well. Very helpful "

"Had a great stay once again, food was good, staff were very helpful. Would be ideal if they had a small fridge in the room as we were there a couple of nights but it wasnt a show stopper. Some lovely parks nearby for walks."

Breakfast was super..,really good choice and spotless hygiene..Only let down by poor quality coffee. All staff smiley and welcoming . An excellent start to our holiday. "
