"Would stay here again! Beautiful view! Very clean, easy check in and communication. Only complaints it is right next to a bridge so there's some traffic noise and not quite as secluded as thought it would be, and no check in till 4:00pm and check out by 10:00 a.m. is limited compared to other properties."

"We had a great trip to Manzanita and this spot was a great jumping off point for our time there. Nice quite street but also a super short walk down to the beach and in to town. We didn't have any issues in our time there, but when we did need to reach out we got a quick reply back. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to the coast!"

"This was an awesome rental, but a little huge for 2 people. The dog loved the property too! The kitchen was well stocked with every sort of appliance, small appliance, spice, and coffee makers. We were so comfortable and entertained at Ted’s place, that we had to make ourselves go to the beach. The TV had every app possible, and our dog loved the gathering of toys. Ted was right, enjoying the view of the river, the wildlife and fishermen, as well as the hot tub, was relaxing. A perfect place for a family reunion. Communication with the host was ideal. The property is well-maintained, full of light, and space. We’ll definitely return, but with more people to share this wonderful place,"

"We were a large group and the space indoors and out was well appointed for us. The kitchen was well equipped. There was, however, a rank smell in one of the bathrooms, making it unusable. The adjoining bedroom was almost unusable as well. When we reached out for assistance we were told they would escalate our request, but then did not receive any further response. If not for the smell of dead animal, and the disappointing lack of response to that serious issue, the house was excellent and would’ve been perfect for our party."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is absolutely built for gatherings! Huge great room and a dream of a kitchen. The house is built so well that you don't hear many sounds from the outside. We had deer in the yard, and a lot of peace and quiet! I'll look for this property for future visits!"

"The house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. Nice safe place for our dog. Lovely areas on the deck and entry area for relaxing outside Kitchens were well appointed. Comfortable beds, bunk room for kids. Nicely secluded from town and easy access to the beach.Very clean."
