Great location and service
It's a great location and right next to a parking garage if you are driving. Breakfast is good and the room is no nonsense, very business like.

Nice hotel with good front desk staff
Receptionist was spot on, had looked at my requests and actioned, well done. Also helped me out finding a traditional German restaurant for dinner. Room was at rear, quiet, and the air con worked well. I was very impressed with the Marklin V200 artwork in the entrance. About 6-7 min walk from station along car free shopping street. Would stay again.

Quick and efficient check in, nice modern hotel and nice decor, very clean. Rooms were nice and warm, air-conditioning to change temperature, water in room free of charge. Hand wash, shower gel and body cream in bathroom. In the lobby a drinks machine with coffee, hot chocolate, etc again free of charge. We had breakfast each morning, a nice selection of cereals, pastries, hot food, meats and cheeses. The hotel also printed off my return flight boarding passes for me. I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to all staff concerned.

Great location, not so great hotel for the price.
The location was fantastic. We could walk almost everywhere, and when we couldn't, the U-Ban stop was right around the corner. Lots to see and do within walking distance. The desk staff, especially the day guy with glasses, were extremely gruff. The hotel is non-smoking, but they have an outdoor smoking lounge right off the lobby. They leave the door cracked, so the whole place smells like smoke, including our room on the fourth floor which was above the smoking area. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk, he said, "I have to accommodate the smokers!" I thought, "What about the non-smokers who paid to stay in a non-smoking hotel?" But this is Germany and there are lots of smokers and gruff people, so...be warned. The room clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small (especially the shower) which had some moldy spots in the corner (yuck). Other hotels we stayed in in Germany offered greater value, but this was Munich during Oktoberfest. Average hotel.

The Arthotel ANA in Goeppingen was a godsend to me the night I stayed there. Germany was experiencing very hot weather and the hotel where I have stayed in the past isn't air conditioned and would have been a miserable place in which to stay. The Arthotel ANA is brand new, is in the marktplatz and is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room while small, was very comfortable and nicely appointed. I had to leave early the following morning before being able to try the breakfast but from appearances, the dining area was nice. The Arthotel ANA is a bargain for travelers. I am visiting Goeppingen again in August and will stay at the Arthotel ANA when I return.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Nettes, freundliches Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der rund-um-die-Uhr zur Verfügung stehende Kaffeeautomat für kostenlose Heißgetränke. Nach vielen gelesenen Bewertungen hatte ich etwas Angst, dass ich ein dreckiges Zimmer vorfinde. Zum Glück unbegründet. Alles war tiptop sauber, es roch total frisch und angenehm im Zimmer. W-LAN Verbindung war einwandfrei. Jederzeit wieder! Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.
