A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Undercover secure parking,lovely pool,sauna steam room. Across the road from Burleigh beach and town. Lots of eateries to choose from. Bus runs past the apartments too if you don't have a car. We will be back. Very friendly and helpful apartment management.

Excellent location. Excellent value for money. Clean and spacious apartment. Sadly, the road noise from hoon traffic and the workers doing night work for the light rail...(beyond Ambience's control), directly below our unit. On the good side, everything was at your fingertips for whatever you needed. Great security set-up for cars and units.

Great position, can walk everywhere but it is noisy if you like to open your windows being above the main intersection and shopping hub.

Hi Catherine, Sorry if the noise was an issue but next time you visit request a room in the middle of the building, with beautiful ocean views and quieter. We are in the middle of the Burleigh action and sometime it can get a bit overwhelming. Looking forward to welcoming you back to Ambience.

We found the bed a little uncomfortable and the pillows were large and like rocks. Will travel with my own pillow in future. Otherwise the property was fine.

As much as we stayed in an apartment, to clen up down to coffee cups is a bit much and then to take rubish out as well. Would rather hotel but not available this night if at all at ambience. Carpark needs more signage.

Very nice secluded apartment w almost direct access to pool as was on the same level as pool Would’ve loved an Ocean facing room.. hopefully next time Huge expanse of windows but curtain hooks had come off railings making impossible to open or even close curtains Had to make a special request to repair Which was done straight away! However I don’t think I should’ve been given the room in that condition and it should’ve been addressed before I moved in Great location very clean and quiet Will be back for sure

Really enjoyed my stay at the Ambience on Burleigh Beach. Was up the on Gold Coast for a couple of days only. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and check in was easy. The unit was very spacious and clean and had lots of amenities including a kitchen, laundry, TV & DVD, Wifi and balcony. The local area provided lots of choice for shopping, restaurants and transport with easy access to & from the airport. Easy access to local attractions and although I didn't use the pool it looked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location... lots of cigarette smoke.
The staff at the front was incredibly friendly & helpful. However, when I questioned the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke on our floor near our room. I was told it’s ok for people to smoke in their balcony. The smell was so strong it was coming into our room with all doors and windows closed. If you are sensitive to smoke such as myself I would skip staying here. Overall I would say the rooms are in need of some TLC. The room seemed pretty banged up for the price. The location is amazing. Walkable everything. Which was the high point. Although there are many places in the area that are as good a location. I would pass in staying here again. Sorry!

Amazing apartment
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. Bed was a bit firm but that's because my preference is for soft beds. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Top spot in Burleigh
Great spot in the heart of Burleigh. Apartment complex, not a hotel, so don't expect too much in the way of service. Great vies form huge 3BR high floor north east facing apartment, was clean & well appointed, apart from a lack of coffee machine. Bit of traffic noise from the highway at night in the bedrooms, even up high, needed double glazing. Blinds left lots of gaps to let in early morning sunshine, made it hard to sleep in, needs curtains. Nice big heated pool, spa a bit small but ok. Plenty of shops, food, pub etc close by, and patrolled beach just across the road.

Over promised under delivered
Nothing worse than being disappointed on arriving somewhere. The picture in the property details is misleading and appears to be beach front. The property is actually set back from the beach. The room was sold as beach view. It actually overlooked the highway with a slight view of the beach if you stood in the balcony. I believe we were deceived in the marketing of this property.

Hi Louise We are sorry you were disappointed in the apartment on the 13th Level which overlooks the Burleigh Beach and Burleigh Point and sweeping around to the Gold Coast Hinterland. Although these views did not meet your expectations next time book the 2 bedroom Superior that are situated in a different location in the building.

Spacious and good location. We asked for a view of the ocean but didn’t get a good room. Absolutely no view could have been anywhere. Housekeeping came into room 9am without knocking even though check out is at 10.

Hi Sue Yes we are lucky to have such large apartments sitting in the best location in Burleigh Heads. This time you booked a 1 bedroom luxury apartment but please come again and book a 1 bedroom ocean view apartment and you will have a much better view

Good Location
Very good location and nice spacious room on 6th floor. Reception is a basic service only and there aren't any dine in facilities. However there are plentiful cafes and restaurants nearby so that is not really an issue. Set back a little from the beach so the higher the room the better the view. Staff in reception were friendly and efficient. Heated pool and spa with adjacent gym so facilities all good. All areas well maintained. Our two night stay was enjoyable and so I would recommend the facility for those going to Burleigh Beach.

Thanks Geoff, unfortunately you were not happy with your view. this particular unit is on a lower level however it certainly has a view of the ocean. I know at the time you said that you wanted a beach view and couldn't see the sand. I did explain that the unit was sold only as an ocean view. On you next visit, you could book something higher up and have a beach view.

Just stayed two nights to visit friends on the Gold Coast. Ambience is well situated for the Coast attractions. We had visited before and returned because of that visit.

Great location across from the beach. The staff are very welcoming and the facilities at the hotel are excellent. The apartment itself was modern and well equipped. So much thought has gone into personalising the room with the lovely modern decor.
