Great value. Excellent location across from the beach and park. Awesome pool and the bbq area/gardens around the pool are nicely maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. The apartments are a bit dated inside but still clean and functional. Would return.

Good for short stay. Smooth checkin process. Location is good. The pool is not suitable for small kids. No elevators, so you will carry your luggages on stairs. Air-conditioning only in the dinning room.

Property has underground parking making life easy. The room/unit itself fully contained washer/dryer/big fridge/microwave/dishwasher etc which was great. Air conditioning with ceiling fans in both rooms perfect for those summer days. Heated pool and bbq area. Overall for what we needed for the week of staying was perfect and would stay here again.

Tidy 2 bedroom apartment (17B) in a good condition. Parking was secure. No lift so had to carry bags upstairs. Minimal supplies (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid and dish soap, 1 towel per person) but all available at a cost at reception. Really great location to get out and about. Heated pool could have been warmer. Would definitely stay there again - budget friendly accommodation and reflected in price.

The 3 bedroom apartment was a great size for our family of 5. Lovely views across the Broadwater and sunrises. Cleanliness could be improved but was mostly good, carpets are a bit worn. Carparking was convenient and pool was a hit with the kids
