Modern, Stylish 2bdm / 2 bath one secure lock up garage space apartment. 400m from one of the best local beaches on the GC. Best surf spot 400m where the locals surf. Best dining and nightlife on the GC right outside your doorstep. Yet quiet private apartment if you fancy a nice night at home watching Netflix. This unit will not disappoint. Pool and only 7 apartments in the whole boutique building and the pool is all yours as usually everyone is at the beach 400m walk across the road! Biggest bath tub to warm up in and read a book or a glass of wine..... Etsu restaurant for the best dining experience in walking distance, Miami Marketta, Nobby's beach 800m walk. The Star casino is 2.9 km down the road. Sea World is only 11km away with a bus stop right outside the 7 apartment building. One locked secure under building car space.
