Absolutely lovely place to stay and the hosts were so friendly. Gorgeous facilities, spectacular view. It would be nice for the rooms to have a coffee maker though.

Amazing ocean view, even seen a few whales! Apartment is close to everything, and close enough to everything Gold Coast has to offer. The self-contained apartment was modern and clean. The spa bath was a pleasant surprise. Outdoor hot tub was great after a long day. Staff were great, and friendly.

Older property but a wonderful place to stay. Good sized apartments close to Surfers for shopping etc and the tram is right out the back. Rooms need a freshen up and the beds are quite hard but apart from that we had a lovely stay.

The apartment was very modern and bright, very well equipped and offered a balcony with a stunning view onto the Pacific Ocean. In addition to this, the staff was extraordinarily friendly, sympathic and responsive. All in all, Pacific Plaza Apartments is one of the greatest places I have ever stayed at. Thank you for an unforgettable stay at Gold Coast!

Beach front apartments. Beautifully styled reception area that even smells amazing! Building Managers Brock and Bec were great with communication. Our apartment was lovely, modern and also beautifully styled. Approx 8min drive into Cavill Ave. Definitely recommend.

Apartment was very spacious and had great views. Room was clean and had great amenities. Unfortunately we had terrible weather basically the entire time we stayed including regular storms and some windows weren’t sealing properly which made the wind noise inside quite loud. I’d say this is due to the age of the building. Otherwise great communication and friendly responses.

We were able to get into our suite early and the check in process was quick and easy. Walking into the suite the views were great and everything was higher end, e.g. Miele appliances, composite bench tops, 55" TV. There were however a few niggles that could have been resolved by a thorough inspection of the property and then correcting the issues. It may sound petty but a large clock needed the battery replaced. Knives needed sharpening. Sheets on our bed, whilst freshly washed, showed significant signs of blood. A water jug would have been useful and a missing light globe was not replaced during our stay ( yes we reported it). All small things that just detract from a beautiful apartment.

We arrived around 11pm.chek-in time is 2pm.the lady told us to leave our luggage which we did.and told us that they’ll send us an email when the room is ready.but we returned back at 1:30PM .wishing that we might have a chance to check in 20mins early,still the room is not yet ready.but the issue is..after waiting for cleaning to be done when we get in our room it was dirty.theres a hair in the drawer.and even the bed had a long hair.and it was dusty and saw the dead flies.the building is pretty old.and the carpet is outdated and dirty.was disappointed with the cleanliness.and the bed making me itchy for our entire stay..maybe need a bed bugs spray.and one more thing.ready your $200 dollar deposit.and it’ll takes 3-7 working days they said.when I asked the host she didn’t respond my text message at all.btw..the view is spectacular sea view.but the rails and chairs is dusty and dirty.i won’t stay here again.just my honest opinion and review.No stuff on Sunday.so prepare to dragged your suitcase if you checked out on Sunday.because there’s no place to leave your luggage.

This was the most amazing place to stay. We stayed for 5 days, and we will definitely be back. Check in was easy, the grounds and garden were immaculate. The pool and hotub were clean and fabulous. The hot tub/spa actually was hot, the last few places we stayed said they had a spa, and we assumed it would be warm, but no, just cold with jets. The lobby smells so good, like a tropical holiday. Brock was so nice and helpful, I saw him all over the property, making sure everything was perfect. The apartment was huge, we were lucky to get the corner, so we had amazing views all around us. The beds and furniture were comfy and my husband loved the giant tv. My favorite was the patio, as soon as I woke up, that was the place to be. What a view! Fun to people watch, or just watch the ocean. It's a 10 minute walk to Surfers Paradise and lots of shopping. Lots of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. The only thing bad about Pacific Plaza is it ruined all other properties for us. We will forever be comparing them to this.

Ocean view room on floor 14 was great, saw few whales from the balcony. Easy walkable location, opposite the beach! Brock communication was great and he was very pleasant and helpful. Will stay again!
