"My wife and I had a good stay at this home. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the location, while a few minutes N of Fairbanks, was close enough to explore from. The owner Trudy, was receptive and promptly answered our questions before and during our stay. We’d like to return here someday. "

"My daughter and I spent four nights in this beautiful, cozy cabin in January. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed. The host was generous and responsive. The cabin was conveniently located just out of town and in the hills, yet a quick drive to everything. We were surrounded by trees but could step onto the driveway to see the aurora. I highly recommend staying here."

"The house was great—cozy, well stocked for actual living with a kitchen with cooking tools to prepare real meals. Comfy beds and living room, and, solid internet. We loved coming home here! Good distance from town for less light pollution, but still close for errands. We had no issue with roads during our winter stay, as the roads to the house were well maintained in our experience. The host was polite, thoughtful, and quick to help resolve a question that came up due to how I booked the house—I appreciate her help! Would definitely stay again when back in town. "

"The host never responded to us at any point. She did not send us the code for the key to get in to the place. We were only able to get in at all because of a friendship with the people who rent another place on the same property who were able to contact the property manager. Then once we did get inside, there was no water available. Most likely it was frozen. But we had to haul water from another location in order to even be able to flush the toilet during our stay. Showers were not an option available to us. The host never apologized or contacted us at all."

"The Aurora Ridge Cabin was great! We really enjoyed our stay and Kristen was amazing. There were so many personal touches that really made it feel welcoming and like home away from home. The only slight downside was that it's a bit close to a main road and you could hear it from time to time but otherwise it was amazing!"

"Location: Great out of town location yet easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Less than 25 minutes to airport. Less than 15 minutes to Walmart and grocery store (same route as airport). Less than 2 miles to two great restaurants: Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling Co. and Turtle Club – we recommend both.Property: Cabin & property are very nice and listing is accurate. Had everything we needed plus some nice extras. Private, away from city lights. Enjoyed the patio right outside the back door - would have been great for aurora viewing if Mother Nature had cooperated. "
