The bartender at the pool took much longer and was not as attentive, but the pool was beautiful. My room had a nice view and was a good size. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would go back. "Pool was is closed for a whole month . No where in the website shows this . And to top it off they charged a fee for my stay, after showing them all the proof from Colombia immigration documents ; they still charged me over $600,00 pesos Terrible customer service!"
