Being on Orchid Island placed us conveniently near everything available on Hwy 1 and A1A.The house itself seems secluded, even thought it's near everything Sebastian and Vero Beach have to offer."

"Property was very pet friendly. We stayed with our two labs who loved the pet friendly beach across the street. Cleaning crew is great and the place looked wonderful when we arrived. This is beyond the owner’s control but there are some dogs next door that bark all the time. It made us not want to be outside as much as we would normally be. Fire pit and golf putting green were nice touches."

Going by our priorities - house was immaculate as well as tastefully and efficiently renovated throughout, beautiful open floor plan, truly a quick jaunt to access a private dog-friendly beach, fully stocked neatly organized kitchen with everything we needed, comfy king sized bed - big closet/storage, full-sized washer and dryer in laundry room, TWO immaculate and nicely updated bathrooms, fresh nice quality towels and linens, a fenced private backyard with gorgeous Florida foliage where we spent many hours sipping coffee or wine while our pup safely explored, easy access to cycling on the road and Jungle Trail. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cart at our disposal. Walking distance to a tasty sandwich shop. Jodi & Doug were excellent at communicating and met our every need. Simple check-in and check-out. Easy place to immediately be on vacation. Would love to stay here again. "
