"Limited bfast options, coffee disgusting colored water, limited English speaking staff, alot of smokers who don't abide by the 25ft rule, inconsiderate and sketchy clients/customers 🙄some loud interactions, room AC had tobacco odor constantly since vented to sidewalk and people smoking in close proximity, no ceiling fans, spacious rooms with ironing board and tub shower, beds pretty comfy clean linens, functional ice machine, lobby overwhelmingly smells like curry "

"My day was great. It was amazing. The room was nice and clean, but continental breakfast was great every day. Staff was wonderful. I will be staying again."

"You book a budget inn, you get a budget of everything. What I’m not prepared is the size of the shower half the length of bath tub. Shower carefully as not to hit your elbows against the walls. It so narrow The neighborhood Cherryland has its own reputation but once inside the compound, it feels safe. For a one night stay just to sleep, accommodation is acceptable. "

"Hayward Hellhole! Filthy, disgusting unit. Took 2 hours after our arrival to be let in. No on-site host. No listed amenities (no towels, no sheets, not even toilet paper!!). No sheets on old and badly stained mattress. Located in partially abandoned house with no exterior lighting and overgrown yard with broken pavement path. Bugs. Filth. So bad that we left wthin 20 minutes of being let in and the corporate property manager has promised a full refund. (Vrbo is stalling on refunding its fee because our pictures do not show absolute proof of bedbugs)."

"The two star rating is all because of the shower and bathroom. The fridge was very old as well. It was a very small premises and the shower was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The cleanliness was average."
