"Our stay had a rough start due to an unpleasant interaction with one of the front desk associates. However, a later encounter with a different associate completely turned things around. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel valued and helping us put the initial experience behind us. We also truly appreciated the hotel manager reaching out to personally address our concerns. That level of care and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and grateful for how the staff handled the situation."
