Lake Seminole Inn

"This is not a fancy hotel by any means, but it serves its purpose. The owner is very kind. We accidentally left something and he called me right away before I had gotten too far. We literally just slept there and was gone during the day visiting family. I assume you get a lot of fishermen and folks visiting an inmate at the prison. It’s conveniently positioned across the street from a Piggly Wiggly grocery store and a Pizza Hut. There’s also a grill you can use outside. My only complaint would be that in room 119, the AC had a difficult time cooling the room off since the sun shone directly on the window, but again, at night time, it was perfectly fine. The other issue was the door to that room. It didn’t close well and had gaps around it. Overall, we never felt unsafe and we would stay again."

"My review is very mixed. The staff were overall polite and helpful and the room was clean. On the other hand the bed was not comfy and the sheets were filled with the little cotton ball’s when sheets have been washed and used for too long. The pillow cases were a bit dingy and the pillows old and not comfy. There staff did however give me fresh towels daily and tidied the room. The hotel was upgraded but it seems like a while ago. The breakfast is simple and not for those who really want a meal. There is ample parking. The gym equipment is noisy. The iron didn’t work and I was told there was no replacement . Overall I would stay again if necessary but it would not be my top choice."

"Nice place to stay in Bainbridge. Lots of history as this is the oldest house in both the town and the county. Easy to check in and check out, and very helpful staff. We had to leave early, so we didn’t get to have the breakfast."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. Loved the fenced yard and the dock. Glen was a terrific host. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. The kitchen was very well stocked and had plenty of linens for the week."

"Cutest property ever! It was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway! Close to Tally but far enough away to relax! The sunsets were amazing…sunrises too. Loved being able to sit out on top of the dock…peaceful."
