"The staff were very helpful and polite, and our room was incredibly well maintained. They also contacted us before our stay to ask if it was for a particular occasion, and even left a small surprise for our arrival! The hotel itself is in a lovely location, with a short 10 minute walk to the nearest tram station"

"Our stay was fantastic, the apartment was beyond awesome. Location just below the castle was beyond phenomenal. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Only word of caution is if you have trouble walking the location could be a challenge as it’s up a hill. We just loved our stay.. five stars"
